Do I need a permit?
In most areas, yes.
Permitting requirements vary by township and county. We provide the engineering documents needed for permits and handle all aspects of the permit process. However, it is important to note that you are responsible for any fees associated with the permit.
Can you help with zoning or township requirements?
We can provide specs, STANDARD drawings, and engineering, but we don’t control local zoning boards. If your township says no, we can’t change their minds.
What kind of steel do you use?
We use high-quality cold-formed steel, designed for strength, longevity, and corrosion resistance.
Are your buildings good for Michigan winters?
